Ethan

So, my parents and my in-laws keep telling us how lucky we are. Ethan is truely laid back and easy going. There are 4 reasons he cries... He's hungry, tired, wet, or he has a bubble (babies have bubbles, it sounds cuter!) Anyway, he is very easy to calm back down if he does get upset. A couple of nights ago he went to sleep at 10 and slept until 9 the next morning!!!! Can you believe that! I love this kid! He likes to hang out..you can really tell he is totally cool about "it all."

Ethan is now 8 weeks old and he is holding his head up really well. He is smiling when we speak to him. He is "talking" back to us. He watches us when we walk passed him. He jumps when the dryer buzzer goes off. He loves the cereal aisle at the grocery store...all the colors. He loves his baby jungle gym. He loves tummy time, especially when he is laying on you. He does NOT like being in the back seat of the car all by himself. He wakes up when he smells dinner cooking. He is ticklish on his tummy. He still loves his head, hands, and back rubbed. He is long..He is wearing 3/6 month cloths already because he is so tall...tall and skinny...he did not get that from me!!! He definitely doesn't take after my brother's children...they are short and skinny. He likes to be put to sleep in the "scrunch and pat" position..he is defenseless against it! He loves music. He can wrap his toes around your finger. He has my Dad's hands..so do my brother and I. He has Jeremy's chin, my nose....and the rest is all him.
